This section presents examples for the Club's three sectors of investment: startups, real estate and infrastructure.
In the startup sector, the examples include 3 companies in which the Club made follow-on investments, as is done with other startups that appear promising. The main criteria for investing in startup companies are: quality and experience of the lead team, size of current funding round, existence of a known lead investor, previous funding rounds, patents, etc. The Club generally invests in A round companies.
In the real estate sector, the examples include 2 companies – Crown and Netz, with which the Club has made a substantial part of its real estate investments.
In the infrastructure sector, the 2 major investments were made in the Israel Infrastructure Fund (IIF).
A complete description of the investments appears in the section "Portfolio."
