Investment proposals are submitted to the Club management through members of the Investment Committee, through Club members, or directly by companies and entrepreneurs.
Today, companies and entrepreneurs prefer to raise capital from private investors, such as Club 100 Plus, rather than from institutional investors such as venture capital funds. Thus, naturally, the Club is the recipient of a large number of quality investment proposals.
Once a proposal is received, it usually takes two to three months until the deal is closed. The process includes four stages.

Entrepreneur Application Process
Submission of Application
Entrepreneurs interested in raising capital through Club 100 Plus should complete the Investment Review Application Form.
For purposes of application review, the entrepreneur should attach to the form documentation explaining the investment, particularly a presentation about the company/venture and a three-year business plan.
