One of the pioneers of the information technology, software and high-tech industry in Israel. Founded and managed for 40 years Israel's first business computing center and one of the first in the world. Initiated and worked to have the R&D Law and Encouragement of Capital Investments (Taxes) Law apply also to the software industry. Initiated and established together with others the representative organizations of Israel's industry.
Served ten years as consultant to the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology in the Guangzhou Province in China.
